The farmhouse, of the 1300 acre farm that I own in New England. I only go there once in a while now, and am happy
on the West Coast and hope to live there forever. I just took this photo recently, but the farm has changed little. One barn
got struck by lightening.

Above: the gate house for the 4000 acre parcel pictured on home page. I built this lawn with my bare
hands, plus planted hundreds of feet of blue spruce, built a road and driveway with my bucket loader, moved a building onto
the site, for storage, and other sorts of manly-man things! Currently, the place is used for an office for meeting conservation
and forestry people. Heiemo runs loose, and a river runs through it.
