Above is an example of one of the timberland parcels. This is the "R.O.M." parcel. In the future, I will post maps of
the others, based on the high tech 3d forestry software used for the above. All the roads were actually mapped on the ground
by me, and I am working on naming the roads. There are also dozens of streams and even some mountains that need to be named.
The ROM parcel is 3700 acres. Others are as follows:
COM: this is a mountainous 2400 acre parcel in a deep emerald pocket of sheer cliffs and waterfalls. It is near
popular destination hiking areas. I am about half owner of the parcel, and the on-the-ground manager.
TRM: this is a very mountainous property, in fact the highest area of the state that it is in. It is 4000 acres and I
am sole owner and sole manager. I have done a lot of conservation work on it (the two C's are "Conservation Co.").
LVMB: A thick dense and fully mature parcel of 640 acres, abutting ROM for over three miles. Lakeside parcel of deep
overstory forest. Owner.
DR, LLC: this is the vast area in the photo above, including most of the area below or south of ROM. This parcel will
be up to 4000 acres, but exact acreage unkown as is my ownership percentage right now.
Farm Land: Over 1300 acres of farm land is also in my land portfolio, managed for conservation and the future. This includes
mature wood, wetlands and over a mile of lake frontage.
West Coast: I plan to add parcels on the west coast to the portfolio, and show the left coast folks how creative
conservation can work in all situations. In addition, I may do a hobby type small woodmill for fancy or specialy woods used
in crafts. This will keep me busy and in shape and is a lot of fun.
